We are looking to hire for the following role:

Role: Digital Marketing & Sales Intern

Eligibility Criteria: MBA Marketing – Students or Freshers (from a good Business Management school) with CGPA 7.5 and above

Experience: Not mandatory, but any experience in the function of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing would be an added advantage.

Duration: 3 – 6 months

Here’s how a typical week would look like:

  • Research the trends, implications, possibilities, solutions, and the competitive intelligence for the B2B segment of the training industry in the post Covid-19 scenario
  • Develop an understanding of the B2B market segment (i.e Corporate and University/Institutes) & develop a tailored marketing strategy & a marketing plan for the same
  • Define a Social Media Strategy with a lot of focus on LinkedIn, YouTube, & Twitter which seem to be the popular platforms with the target segment B2B
  • Generate leads through digital marketing & cold-calling, and schedule meetings for the leadership team
  • Create management reports & best-in-class marketing material using MS Office tools
  • Develop & maintain an opportunity tracker database in MS Excel and participate in the weekly review meetings
  • Provide sales operation & pre-sales support for the various opportunities
  • Overseas market research for deciding ‘Go to Market’ strategy and identifying potential partners
  • Participate in various e-networking events, develop contacts and generate new business opportunities
  • Provide support in the acquisition of new client accounts and developing business with them

  • You have a demonstrable understanding & practical knowledge of Sales & Marketing function
  • You are knowledgeable about Social Media Marketing and have an ability to drive & implement the digital marketing strategy for LinkedIn & YouTube
  • You have outstanding communication & inter-personal skills (both verbal and written)
  • You have a very good skill to connect with people i.e. be able to interact with people easily and develop and manage relationships
  • You are a great problem solver & have an ability to research for gathering the required information
